<p>Description</p> <p>Resource Navigator (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week)</p> <p>Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid)</p> <p>$32.55/hour + Union Benefits</p> <p>About us</p> <p>The Interfaith Movement for Immigrant Justice (IMIrJ) is seeking a bilingual Resource Navigator to join our Migrant Welcoming Center team.</p> <p>IMIrJ is a faith-rooted, grassroots coalition advancing immigrant justice across Oregon. We believe in radical hospitality, community accountability, and the dignity of all people.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The Resource Navigator serves as the primary contact for our Sanctuary Fund intake and works closely with immigrant individuals and families to connect them with critical services and community support. This position blends direct service, relationship-building, and systems navigation.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct intake conversations with care and cultural humility </li><li>Connect individuals to housing, food, healthcare, legal services, and other supports </li><li>Refer clients to IMIrJ programs such as Accompaniment </li><li>Build partnerships with faith communities and service providers </li><li>Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with staff and volunteers </li></ul> <p>We're Looking For Someone Who:</p> <ul> <li>Is fluent in Spanish and English </li><li>Has at least 1-2 years of experience working with immigrant communities </li><li>Understands the challenges and resilience within the migrant experiences </li><li>Is organized, relational, and comfortable navigating public systems </li><li>Thrives in a small, collaborative nonprofit team sharing space with faith communities </li></ul> <p>A full Job Description can be found on our website using this link.</p> <p>This is a union-represented position with ILWU Local 5.
