<p>Start your new career as an Inventory Production Coordinator with MAU at DALB in Williston, SC.</p> <p>As an Inventory Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and coordinating production needs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of graphics and materials to support manufacturing operations.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience) </li><li>Direct-hire opportunity </li><li>First shift schedule (Daytime hours) </li><li>Supportive team environment </li><li>Hands-on role with both inventory systems and physical materials </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Valid forklift license (or willingness to obtain through DALB) </li><li>Strong computer and multitasking skills </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational abilities </li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, lifting) </li><li>Attention to detail and a strong work ethic </li><li>Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction </li><li>Ability to attend and engage in regular on-site meetings with internal teams and clients </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do as an Inventory Production Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate inventory of DALB-supplied graphics at Crane </li><li>Attend daily production meetings at the client site </li><li>Review and align with the client's production schedule and graphics needs </li><li>Stock shelves and deliver graphics to production lines as needed </li><li>Identify and communicate inventory shortages or delivery issues </li><li>Coordinate replenishment orders and obtain purchase orders from the client </li><li>Communicate daily with procurement, production, and sales teams </li><li>Perform weekly cycle counts and ensure a clean, organized inventory area </li><li>Accurately enter orders into the DALB ERP system </li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and support returns, credits, and exchanges </li><li>Track incoming shipments and manage dock-to-line material flow </li><li>Support the DALB Shipping, Sales, and Customer Account Services departments </li><li>Follow all safety procedures and demonstrate DALB Core Values </li><li>Complete required safety and departmental training (including ISO 9001 standards) </li></ul>
