<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Take active part in a team of developers working on Capitolis' Capital Marketplace products </li><li>Design software according to agreed standards, architecture, and requirements </li><li>Plan and build high quality, scalable, and secure solutions </li><li>Work closely with team lead, team members and product managers in defining and implementing roadmap features </li><li>Contribute and drive technological and architectural decisions </li><li>Interface with various R&D groups, as well as support groups </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, SW Engineering or equivalent (M.Sc. is an advantage) </li><li>At least 4 years of experience in Java server-side development, including cloud services (preferably AWS) </li><li>Experience in building complex, large-scale software solutions from scratch to live production </li><li>Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data, JPA, Swagger, Maven, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, GIT, RESTful Services, Docker </li><li>Strong analytical skills </li><li>Self-starter, fast learner, and great interpersonal skills </li><li>Excellent English communication skills - spoken and written </li><li>Financial affinity is an advantage </li><li>A "Can-Do" mentality and mindset </li><li>Can learn and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li></ul> <p>The target annual base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $175,000 and is dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills. In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role includes an annual discretionary bonus and company equity. This role is also eligible to participate in company-sponsored benefits and perks.</p>
