<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement </li><li>Salary: $118,697 - $148,371 plus annual target bonus </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work on projects related to sports venues, international sporting events, FIFA, Olympics and partners with The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit (NAOU), other Coca-Cola Bottlers, Reyes Holdings and senior leadership/key stakeholders for the company </li><li>Provide strategy, guidance and direction on project management practices to ensure delivery of strategic and high-profile complex projects </li><li>Support, plan and manage projects to ensure they are completed and executed on time and within budget </li><li>Lead, influence and help to plan, coordinate, and designate project resources, prepare and manage budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the multiple projects </li><li>Develop, manage, and measure the project's work effort on the following knowledge areas: Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk and Procurement Management </li><li>Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
