<p>JobID: 210692953</p> <p>Category: Communications</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2025-12-11T15:53:49+00:00</p> <p>JobShift:</p> <p>Base Pay/Salary: New York,NY $93,100.00-$145,000.00</p> <p>Corporate Responsibility Communications is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the employee communications and engagement needs of the Corporate Responsibility (CR) department at JPMorganChase. This role will work with communications colleagues and functional partners to support the execution of strategic internal communications plans that increase awareness and understanding of the CR department and the firm's contributions to our communities; support major firmwide initiatives and announcements; and strengthen the CR team and culture through timely information sharing across channels. This position reports to the Head of Stakeholder Communications for CR.</p> <p>About you</p> <p>As an Internal Communications Senior Associate within Corporate Responsibility, you will be proactive, creative, and detail-oriented and have a passion for communications and a deep interest in corporate responsibility. You will bring a positive attitude and can be flexible and agile, working well under pressure and managing various workstreams. You will be solution-oriented, comfortable asking questions and suggesting new ideas, and are able to both think strategically and deliver on tactics.</p> <p>Job responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work directly with the VP of CR Internal Communications and the broader CR Stakeholder Communications team to develop and execute internal strategic communications plans for key initiatives to audiences across the department and firm </li><li>Develop first drafts, edit, secure approvals, and disseminate a variety of communications materials for appropriate channels - including executive messages, organization announcements, event invitations, announcements, newsletters, articles/stories, videos, digital signage, etc. </li><li>Support on collateral development (e.g., one-pagers, fact sheets, 101 decks) to help share information about the department, tailored to various audiences </li><li>Partner with lines of business and functions across the firm to amplify CR initiatives and content to internal audiences and senior stakeholders across other firm/team channels </li><li>Lead on logistics support and assist with decks / talking points / briefings and other materials for internal events, such as quarterly All-Hands, information sessions, firmwide panels/discussions, etc. </li><li>Collaborate with CR colleagues to support updates and maintenance of the CR intranet; oversee look, feel and navigation, and advise on content strategy </li><li>Offer creative ideas on how to leverage additional channels and approaches (e.g., video series) to amplify signature moments and initiatives </li><li>Follow firmwide editorial style and branding guidelines; ensure branding and messaging align with broader JPMC messages and initiatives </li><li>Gather feedback and metrics on communications, and provide recommendations on adapting strategies/tactics in real time </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, skills and capabilities</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in communications, corporate responsibility, and/or other relevant sectors </li><li>Excellent communication skills ? the ideal candidate is an outstanding writer, proofreader, and copy editor </li><li>Highly organized with a strong attention to detail </li><li>Strategic thinker with good problem-solving, judgment, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders </li><li>Must be skilled in MS Office suite applications - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc </li><li>Great team player with a positive attitude and high degree of flexibility </li><li>Ability to think outside of the box and suggest innovative ideas for communications </li><li>Self-starter / proactive / willingly does what is required to deliver a superior product </li><li>Able to support multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines and stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities</p> <ul> <li>Experience writing in the financial, consulting or non-profit sectors </li><li>Design software experience (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite/InDesign) </li><li>Website management and multimedia experience (e.g., video development) </li></ul>
