We strive to provide cutting-edge excellence in ingredients, innovation and design, and marketing.</p> <p>Our Site Operational Excellence /Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be responsible to identify opportunities for continuous improvement while managing and disseminating pertinent and accurate correspondence and information as it relates to our CI efforts.</p> <p>What You'll Do for Us</p> <ul> <li>Actively seek opportunities to improve processes, equipment performance, and safety in all areas of the plant. </li><li>Facilitate and participate/lead in Kaizen events to promote team-driven improvements. </li><li>Partner with safety, quality, maintenance, Blending, Warehouse, and production departments to identify and resolve inefficiencies. </li><li>Conduct audits and assessments of machine performance, tracking uptime and downtime to support proactive maintenance. </li><li>Gather and analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. </li><li>Support development and sustainability of standardized work procedures. </li><li>Train and coach team members on continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, etc.). </li><li>Monitor and report on improvement project progress and overall operational KPIs. </li><li>Ensure CI initiatives comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. </li><li>Participate in all routines within operating model meetings to report findings and propose solutions for ongoing improvements </li><li>Adaptability for changing priorities based on business needs. </li></ul> <p>Qualification & Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent is required </li><li>2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Must be proficient in understanding, monitoring, and acknowledging machine malfunction alarms with the ability to manage solutions efficiently and effectively. </li><li>Must have a working knowledge of beverage applications & basic parameters, knowledge of principles industrial food hygiene and an understanding of ERP environment. </li><li>Forklift and Hi-Lift certified or ability to become certified in a reasonable time frame </li><li>Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under stressful situations </li><li>Must be able to use computer and associated software programs, such as Microsoft Office, One Note, SAP, Infinity Quality System. </li></ul> <p>Other Related Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrated good attendance record and reliability.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent oral/written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational and planning skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform multiple tasks frequently in a normal work environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Can Do For You</p> <ul> <li>Inclusive Culture: We have an incredibly diverse network of employees, partners and operating environments around the globe. </li><li>Benefits: A full benefits package that starts on day one of employment </li><li>Learning Culture: Access to resources such as Thrive Learning, LinkedIn Learning and management programs that give you the resources to continually develop your skills and knowledge. </li></ul> <p>The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
