Benton team members enjoy competitive benefits and perks!</p> <p>Roofing Technician Responsibilities & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Willingness to learn through on-the-job training </li><li>Knowledge and experience with multiple types of commercial roofing systems or construction in general (preferred but not required) </li><li>Aerial Lift (preferred) </li><li>Some experience with metal roofing (1-2 years of roofing experience preferred but not required) </li><li>Enthusiasm for working outside in the elements and being physically active </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and think outside-the-box </li><li>Dependable and able to be at work on time and on a consistent basis </li><li>Presentable in appearance, and professional when communicating with both customers and Benton Team Members </li><li>Sharpen up your Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) knowledge so you're a top-notch construction industry member </li><li>Knowledge and experience with multiple types of roofing systems (preferred but not required) </li><li>Experience using a hot air welder and/or other roofing system application tools (preferred but not required) </li><li>Hungry to start a career with the opportunity to advance within the company </li><li>Must be able to pass a background check </li><li>Ability to travel out of town for work </li><li>Clean driving record </li></ul>
