With over 800 locations and exciting expansion ahead, now is the perfect time to join SiteOne and grow Stronger Together!</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>Fulfillment Center Manager (Sebring, FL)</p> <p>PURPOSE:</p> <p>Build a winning team with a Customers FIRST mindset to safely execute all fulfillment center operations</p> <p>and inventory management duties.</p> <p>KEY FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:</p> <p>Create a positive, challenging, and exciting environment which is conducive to high-performance,</p> <p>teamwork, a great place to work and long-term retention of "A" players.</p> <p>Recruit, train, coach and retain top talent within the fulfillment center so that your team delivers</p> <p>excellence for all stakeholders while you consistently export talent to the area/regions.</p> <p>Determine individual strengths and opportunities, and actively coach and mentor your team to</p> <p>achieve high performance and to facilitate their long-term career development at SiteOne.</p> <p>Ensure strong teamwork within the fulfillment center, and with branches outside sellers.</p> <p>Ensure that the fulfillment center layout and organization, staffing, expertise, inventory, equipment,</p> <p>systems, processes and policies all support customer value excellence.</p> <p>Create an incident-free environment by emphasizing safety daily, leading by example, involving all</p> <p>associates, promoting a strong safety culture, achieving excellent housekeeping and workplace</p> <p>organization, and executing clear safety policies.</p> <p>Execute key strategic initiatives to drive high performance.</p> <p>Lead, manage and participate in all operations/transactions as required at the fulfillment center to</p> <p>ensure that it is meeting or exceeding customer and performance expectations.</p> <p>Set effective goals and monitor key performance metrics to assess daily, weekly, and monthly</p> <p>progress and to track improvement initiatives.</p> <p>Be an active and effective coach to associates to enable them to achieve best practices.</p> <p>Understand the Area strategy and develop a complementary strategy to achieve excellent</p> <p>performance and growth and customer value.</p> <p>Use performance metrics to track progress and continuously adjust strategies to maximize</p> <p>opportunities that develop and/or to adjust to changing market conditions.</p> <p>Work with the Senior Manager of Agronomic Fulfillment, Area Leaders, and the Regional Agronomic</p> <p>Manager to achieve our financial goals and objectives while identifying opportunities to help us grow.</p> <p>Adhere to the Fulfillment Stocking Assortment and ensure that all Fulfillment Center items are in stock at their appropriate times, while working to avoid excess inventory.</p> <p>Ensure orders are picked accurately and loaded according to Company, State, and Federal Shipping</p> <p>Standards.</p> <p>Ensure that all deliveries are performed in a professional manner and in line with our SiteOne DNA.</p> <p>Ensure that all Vehicle Logs are filled out properly, as required in each state where the Fulfillment</p> <p>Center delivers product.</p> <p>Schedule and confirm deliveries, maintain a visible calendar for branches and sellers to reference.</p> <p>Complete delivery schedules for each driver.</p> <p>Manage regular rotation of scheduled deliveries according to pre-arranged days for each Delivery</p> <p>Zone.</p> <p>Manage fleet of the Fulfillment Center, making sure regular maintenance service is performed for the</p> <p>vehicle to function safely and effectively.</p> <p>Maintain supplies for the needs of the Fulfillment Center, such as shrink wrap, pallet covers, office</p> <p>supplies, safety needs, etc.</p> <p>Skills We Are Seeking</p> <p>SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:</p> <p>Excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills</p> <p>Understand accounting fundamentals such as debits, credits, accounts receivable/payable and</p> <p>budgets</p> <p>Knowledge of nursery, agronomics and landscape products</p> <p>Understanding of managing product inventory</p> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>High School or secondary diploma or equivalent required</p> <p>Degree in Business / Management discipline or equivalent experience preferred</p> <p>5 years of managerial experience including leadership, issue management, motivation, and team</p> <p>building, preferred</p> <p>5 years of experience working in/managing a nursery or agronomics operation, preferred</p> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <p>This position requires long periods of standing and candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs.</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Compensation </li><li>Medical, Dental and Vision plans </li><li>Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays </li><li>DailyPay available!
