<p>Director Program & Alliance Management</p> <p>Location: Lexington, MA (4-days on-site/1 WFH)</p> <p>HireMinds is eager to speak with top Program Management experts for an established and intimately sized biotech client of ours that is located in Metro-West Boston area. In this role you'll report to and work intimately with the Vice President, Program and Alliance Management. As a Program Manager you will provide leadership for one or more development pipeline programs and partnered programs within a growing biopharmaceutical product portfolio. This role emphasizes hands-on program management, requiring the ability to develop dashboards, Gantt charts, and PowerPoint presentations. You'll additionally be able to work with a hands-on C-level leadership team and present updates and key deliverables to them on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a Biotech evolving environment and possess an outgoing personality conducive to guiding teams to successful outcomes for patients in need.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead global program teams and sub-teams to advance product candidates, ensuring alignment with company strategy. </li><li>Collaborate with functional leaders to develop integrated development plans, including critical path activities and milestones. </li><li>Build influential relationships with executive leaders to align program operations with company objectives, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. </li><li>Develop and maintain clear, concise dashboards and reporting tools to communicate program progress across the organization. </li><li>Identify and manage program risks through mitigation strategies and scenario planning, proposing solutions to senior leadership. </li><li>Facilitate team meetings, develop agendas, capture minutes, and ensure action items are completed. </li><li>Work with finance and functional leads to refine program assumptions and budgets during forecasting cycles. </li><li>Support strategic alliances for meeting contract requirements and partnership objectives. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS, MS, or PhD. With 10 years of industry experience and experience leading drug programs through development phases to ideally commercial products. </li><li>10+ years of biopharma industry experience, with substantial program leadership experience. </li><li>Strong knowledge of drug development processes and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Proven success in program management from preclinical through late-stage clinical development. </li><li>Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet) and dashboard programs including: Gantt charts and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with competing priorities. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Commitment to ethical standards and compliance. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $200-255k, 20-25% bonus target</p> <p>*</p>
