<p>Job Title: QA/QC Manager</p> <p>Company: Loenbro LLC</p> <p>Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa</p> <p>Pay: DOE - Competitive Pay & Benefits</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with a background preferably in electrical experience. The QA/QC Manager is responsible for promoting and ensuring equipment and installation standards. Day to day operations for their project(s) include planning, coordinating, and enforcing safety regulations and electrical codes.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Participation in design reviews, providing constructability feedback to contracted engineering firms, and providing input to design package schedules to support an integrated construction schedule </li><li>Ensure that the installing contractor has met customer and industry standard installation requirements </li><li>Overall responsible for the safe and successful completion of the electrical work to ensure projects are completed with the highest degree of accuracy and success </li><li>Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, and organize activities concerned with construction projects </li><li>Complete all QA documentation and any other reports that are required for the project </li><li>Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, and closures of issues </li><li>Inspect and support testing of equipment </li><li>Work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner's representatives to facilitate project activities </li><li>Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings </li><li>Perform final QA inspection on equipment </li><li>Answering questions of a technical nature during project execution </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3-5 years of Electrical QA Experience </li><li>Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Foreman/Superintendent experience preferred </li><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills for all aspects of electrical equipment </li><li>Knowledge of low voltage/ medium voltage systems preferred </li><li>Experience in data center preferred </li><li>Experience with Bluebeam and Revit systems </li><li>Experience with NFPA 70 codes and standards </li></ul> <p>Benefits: Loenbro offers a competitive salary, benefit package & perks to those who join our team.</p> <ul> <li>Health Insurance - Up to 80% of the Employee portion paid after 60 day waiting period </li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA) optional enrollment </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) after waiting period </li><li>401k eligible after 90 days of employment </li><li>Employee paid Dental, Vision and Life Insurance </li><li>Other benefits include but not limited to an EAP, Telemedicine and a 24/7 Nurseline </li></ul> <p>We are "Leading the Change" in the energy services industry.
