We are looking for a forward thinker able to see the bigger picture of the integrated system (Marketing Cloud, CRM, Experience Cloud, Non-Profit Cloud and Integration). In this role you'll tackle the challenge of juggling multiple solution capabilities and mastering the technical complexities of Rotary's products through both strategic roadmap alignment and hands-on declarative configuration. Your work will have a profound impact, driving participant-focused solutions, leading market innovations, and enhancing product quality.</p> <p>The Salesforce Product Owner reports to a Product Manager aligned to a portfolio of solution capabilities.</p> <p>You Will Have</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System or equivalent experience required. </li><li>Hands-on experience with declarative development functions such as Salesforce Flow, Lightning App Builder, and Advanced Configuration (e.g. Validation Rules and Formula Fields) </li><li>Familiarity with Data Loader or similar tools for data management and migration </li><li>Knowledge of Agile Values, Principles, and mindset with at least 3-5 years' experience acting in a Salesforce Business Analyst role, or a similar role. </li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce platform.
