This position will assist in the coordination of project management tasks as assigned based on the strategic direction of the Company in support of reaching Company goals.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Handle the day-to-day processes for the distributor accounts in a timely manner. </li><li>Work with current and potential customers on overall operational excellence, including marketing recommendations and oven/warmer calibration. </li><li>Perform all thirty-day and ninety-day new account checkups. </li><li>Work closely with Marketing and Procurement team on promotion offerings, changes to products, and manufacturing issues. </li><li>Identify and provide support with dormant accounts. </li><li>Provide input on potential LTO's for the To-Go Program while successfully managing the entire LTO process. </li><li>Communicate all site submission decisions to the appropriate individuals. </li><li>Manage in-house product inventory and coordinate samples. </li><li>Assess and perform To Go audits in the field. </li><li>Assist in the preparation of tradeshows and attend tradeshows as needed. </li><li>Perform additional tasks as needed </li></ul> <p>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Associate or bachelor's degree in business management, or other related fields preferred. </li><li>Over two years of relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Restaurant Equipment knowledge a plus. </li><li>Travel required as needed. </li></ul> <p>THE PERKS FOR YOU:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Voluntary benefits such as Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Accident Insurance, and Critical Illness Insurance </li><li>401K with employer matching </li><li>Vacation Pay </li><li>EAP Program </li><li>Tuition Assistance </li><li>Employee Discount </li><li>Fun atmosphere and culture </li></ul> <p>Become a part of the family!</p>
