HD comes with company matching HSA contributions </li><li>Vision and dental benefits </li><li>Supplemental accident, critical illness, and hospitalization insurance plans </li><li>Company matching 401k; 50% up to 8% </li><li>Short term disability and life insurance </li><li>Paid vacation and sick days off; holidays and additional floating holidays </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop system solutions for our customer needs with primary focus being on electric drive and control systems. </li><li>Define system architecture for machine electric propulsion, work functions, and related control systems. </li><li>Assist the Sales Team in discussions and proposal for customer applications. </li><li>Develop technical material for training and system proposal needs. </li><li>Provide technical support as needed for Sales Team and customer product application inquiries. </li><li>Participate in customer machine design reviews. </li><li>Assist in system commissioning. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's in electrical engineering or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years in application of DC/AC electric drive systems. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Familiarity with software development such as, Plus 1, CoDeSys, C/C++. </li><li>Previous experience with CAD programs. </li><li>Team building. </li><li>Knowledge of off-highway equipment applications in industries such as construction, agriculture, mining, oil & gas, etc. </li></ul>
