<p>Overview The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation's largest small business advocacy organization, looks to hire a Sales Operations Analyst to join its Sales team. Responsibilities The Sales Operations Analyst provides analysis in support of strategic planning objectives and other special projects. Performs analytical forecasting, sales and revenue analysis, and operational budget validation. Perform benchmark analysis and create business models to optimize business results. Perform data discovery to uncover opportunities for improved efficiency that provide additional resources for management support. Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; work outcomes must meet and / or exceed productivity and quality standards. Must be able to work as part of a cooperative team environment and independent of direct supervision; adhere to Company and Department policies and procedures. Performs other projects as needed. Equal Opportunity Employer Qualifications Bachelors' degree in Business, Finance, or other related fields; or equivalent. Three (3) years of experience in a financial, sales or business analysis environment. Must possess analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Operations, data analyst and project management background preferred. Knowledge of forecasting techniques, cost analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and planning concepts.
