<p>Overview</p> <ol> <li> <p>We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Product Manager to drive product development and growth in the semiconductor ecosystem by aligning PDF's Next Generation Analytics platform roadmap with industry needs.</p> </li><li> <p>The Next Generation Analytics product manager will work together with the field application engineers, software developers, customers, and other internal stakeholders to position and grow our product offering to enable both fabless and integrated device manufacturer customers to realize manufacturing, yield improvements, quality improvements, and operational efficiency improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>In addition, the Next Generation Analytics product manager will capture market competitive and trend data, customer feedback / user stories, customer usage data, and other key information to develop product insights and help drive the product roadmap.</p> </li></ol> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>You will be responsible for the vision, strategic roadmap and requirements for the Data Science and ModelOps module capabilities of our semiconductor analytics platform. The module provides a no code / low code environment for domain experts, who will use it to create, monitor and deploy batch and real-time models, data pipelines and solutions in the product test, process control and equipment maintenance domains. These advanced solutions can encompass predictions, detection of patterns or anomalies, analysis of causes and recommendation of actions.</p> </li><li> <p>You will also help us determine how emerging AI capabilities will be used to enhance the user experience when creating or using solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>We are looking for a motivated AI/ML product manager to drive product digital data transformation, platform development, innovation, partnerships, and growth in the semiconductor AI ecosystem by aligning the PDF product roadmap with the industry's digital data transformation needs.</p> </li><li> <p>You will work together with a wide variety of stakeholders - the PDF product teams, product managers responsible for other aspects of the platform, external providers (like Snowflake, Azure, Cnvrg.io), AI/ML Data Science and Solutions team, field application engineers, software developers, customers, PDF executives and sales teams - to position and grow our product offering to enable both fabless and integrated device manufacturer customers to realize Industry4.0 digital data transformation for Smart Manufacturing.</p> </li><li> <p>In addition, the AI/ML product manager will capture market competitive and trend data, customer feedback / user stories, customer usage data, and other key information to develop product insights that will help drive the product roadmap.</p> </li><li> <p>The candidate must be an organized, highly motivated team player with strong initiative and communication skills, and possess the ability to work independently and the skills to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver quality results on time in a complex, intensive and fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Help set AI/ML strategic & tactical roadmap priorities & direction aligned with the corporate strategy and direction.</p> </li><li> <p>Write product requirements, as well as performance and functionality specifications and development requirements for AI products</p> </li><li> <p>Work with AI/ML Data Science team, AIM Solutions team, and software development teams to prioritize bug fix and feature requests, and communicate priorities to the internal development teams or customers as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Create AI/ML product 'White' papers, data sheets, and product briefs</p> </li><li> <p>Provide new AI/ML product/module descriptions and naming</p> </li><li> <p>Understand the changing user requirements for AI/ML in the semiconductor industry</p> </li><li> <p>Generate market studies and competitive analysis and assessments</p> </li><li> <p>Create technical sales packs, videos, webinars, marketing & communication plans</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience using Data Science and MLOps platforms</p> </li><li> <p>General understanding of AI/ML pipelines, algorithms, and approaches</p> </li><li> <p>General knowledge of AI/ML use cases in the semiconductor industry</p> </li><li> <p>General knowledge of software development and medium-large scale compute infrastructure operations and management</p> </li><li> <p>Prior data analytics and data presentation experience</p> </li><li> <p>Conversant in statistical metrics and concepts</p> </li><li> <p>Aptitude for self-learning new skills and technologies</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to understand customer needs, build customer value and highlight competitive differentiation through packaging and pricing</p> </li><li> <p>Experience crafting high quality sales and customer-facing content including presentations and web copy as well as guiding the marketing team to create content</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent spoken and written English communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Experience or willingness to work in a distributed organization</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in semiconductor AI/ML and/or a semiconductor manufacturing engineering discipline (product, process, equipment, etc.) is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of and the ability to describe the manufacturing process of the semiconductor manufacturing supply chain at a functional level</p> </li><li> <p>Product Management, Field engineering, application engineering, or customer support experience at a software company that supports the semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to dive deeply into the technical understanding of how a software product works</p> </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>BS in EE, CS, CIS, CE, Data Science or related field + 7-years' experience</p> </li><li> <p>MS in EE, CS, CIS, CE, Data Science or related field + 5-years' experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>USD $140,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.</p>
