(3:00 pm to 11:30 pm)</p> <p>Duties include: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, stripping wax from floors, waxing floors, washing windows, cleaning restrooms, moving and setting up furniture and supplies, and related tasks.</p> <p>Other duties include: raking leaves, cutting grass, trimming trees and shrubs, shoveling snow, spreading salt, using power equipment as needed and any tasks assigned by their supervisor.</p> <p>Job Requirements: Applicant must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, climb ladders, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.</p> <p>The applicant must possess a valid driver's license and pass a drug and criminal background check. The applicant must also pass a post offer medical examination and pass any test or screening as required by law. He or she must possess a NJ state boiler operators license (Black seal) or greater or work to obtain license within the first 18 months of employment.
