<p>As a Stamping Production Team Manager at Ford Kentucky Truck, you will do all that and more. At Kentucky Truck we build the legendary F-Series Super Duty pickup truck, Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator. We also stamp parts for the Ford Escape and Lincoln Corsair. You will foster a positive culture through Servant Leadership and lead through example for all those you work with. Your success will depend on your ability to ensure production schedules and quality targets are achieved across the department. You will deliver all department scorecard objectives, own processes, and ensure standardization across the department. Imagine the career journey of a lifetime.</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <ul> <li>Maximize department effectiveness to improve productivity and quality. </li><li>Ensure constant improvement in product quality, plant competitiveness and total cost structure. </li><li>Develop production schedule and manage inventory levels. </li><li>Champion constraint analysis and coordinate activities to eliminate production bottlenecks. </li><li>Promote improved department safety metrics and provide resources. </li><li>Address department Health and Safety concerns.
