<p>Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an IT Help Desk Agent Team Lead to join the team</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>Andretti Karting and Games is growing! We are seeking a lead help desk technician for help ticket triage and day to day tasks. AIKG's help desk supports internal customers with standard computer use, point of sale assistance, internal RMA's and parts management. Help desk agents have full escalation capabilities with experienced industry technologists and subject matter experts at their fingertips to assure a cohesive customer service experience. This role will help to oversee the help desk technicians in their training and development and ensure that the escalation cue is managed properly.</p> <p>This is a full-time salaried position based at the Orlando Andretti's Corporate IT Office.
