Marshall!</p> <p>Position Information</p> <p>Position Title Residential Case Manager Banner Position Number 002400 E-Class NC - Nonclassified - .53 or > Department Public Safety - MU5500 Job Description</p> <p>The Residential Case Manager is a non-clinical, non-law enforcement professional embedded within the Office of Public Safety. This role provides essential evening and after-hours support for students facing mental health crises, personal distress, or other urgent concerns. This role is critical in promoting student well-being, safety, and success through timely intervention, resource coordination, and ongoing follow-up.
