We are seeking a Non-Marine Client Service Specialist to join our growing Nacora USA team. This role is essential to driving renewals and delivering high-quality service to our assigned non-marine accounts.</p> <p>How you create impact</p> <ul> <li>Manage communication related to policy administration, including renewals, updates, and service needs for assigned accounts. </li><li>Prepare renewal specifications and required documentation proactively and accurately. </li><li>Issue Certificates of Insurance for assured parties in a timely manner. </li><li>Coordinate account servicing activities, including reviewing and processing policy changes, additions, deletions, cancellations, and renewals. </li><li>Liaise with underwriters to facilitate policy updates and resolve account inquiries. </li><li>Review loss run reports and monitor claim status for assigned accounts. </li><li>Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflow processes and recommend solutions. </li><li>Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners. </li></ul> <p>What we would like you to bring</p> <ul> <li>3+ years in insurance account servicing, policy administration, or a related client service role (commercial lines preferred). </li><li>P&C license required. </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and underwriters. </li><li>Ability to understand insurance coverages, policy language, and program structures, and communicate them clearly to clients and stakeholders. </li><li>Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify workflow gaps and propose improvements. </li><li>Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office and insurance-related systems/tools. </li></ul> <p>This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
