Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Onsite support: Provide hands-on technical assistance and support for laptops, desktops, and other workplace technology.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work is to be performed 100% onsite at client in Hershey, PA or Bentonville, AR</p> </li><li> <p>Shift work and on call are both required</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 2+ years' of Workplace technology solutions experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2+ years of Customer Service Management experience</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and managing workplace technology solutions, including hardware and software support, system configuration, and troubleshooting.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to manage customer service operations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and service delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>HS Diploma / GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
