Join us!</p> <p>The Supervisor of Bulk Products is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all manufacturing activities within their assigned operations for bulk products in Elmore. The incumbent's role involves planning the efficient use of personnel, equipment, and materials to produce the scheduled amounts of quality products on time for customers while maximizing profitability.</p> <p>You will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for all elements of direct variable costs and quality of all products </li><li>Responsible for the safe operation and environmental control of all areas within the operation </li><li>Determines optimum operating manpower and schedules </li><li>Responsible for scheduling and maintaining manufacturing and operating supplies to a minimum inventory level </li><li>Inspects manufacturing facilities daily to evaluate operating condition </li><li>Responsible for compliance with established company policies and procedures </li><li>Supports and manages activities involved in Lean Sigma for production improvements </li><li>SAP utility a key aspect that would need to be used as a tool for overall production management </li><li>Interface with outside sales, marketing and customers as needed for production flow issues resolution and management </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent with manufacturing experience. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership skil1s </li><li>Knowledge of safe work practices </li><li>Analytical and problem solving skills </li><li>Practical working knowledge of personal computers and BW software </li></ul> <p>The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).</p> <p>The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
