<p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Travel to different locations verifying funds on property </li><li>Cover different roles, shifts, and locations within a 25-mile radius </li><li>Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk </li><li>Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options </li><li>Provide a top-tier level of customer service </li><li>Ensure you adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and government agencies </li><li>Maintain all aspects of our sports betting equipment </li><li>Effectively assist and manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of the sports book: scheduling, training, and mentoring staff, and fostering an environment focused on high performance, compliance, and family style service </li><li>Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team </li><li>Additional duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>What you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet, etc.) </li><li>Ability to do simple math </li><li>Must have a minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting </li><li>21+ years of age or older </li><li>Be able to pass a background check </li><li>Must be willing to work at various locations within a 25-mile radius, often at a moment's notice </li><li>Reliable transportation </li><li>Flexible availability </li><li>Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision </li><li>Understanding and responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Nevada Gaming Control Board </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to manage a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities </li></ul>
