This position will 100% inpatient.</p> <p>2-year contract also includes:</p> <ul> <li>Vacation: 29 PTO (paid time off) days/232 hours. Additional 40 hours when producing 75%tile wRVUs </li><li>CME/Books & Journals: 40 hours PTO and up to $5000 </li><li>Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,500 year before taxes. No matching. </li><li>Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,500 year before taxes under age 50 and $31,000 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay. </li><li>Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $1,000,000, per claim/$3,000,000, aggregate </li><li>Health Insurance: provider pays small premium, deducted from paycheck </li><li>Liquidated Damages: 70 mile and 2 year non-compete clause or liquidated damages of one year salary </li><li>Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary </li></ul> <p>PRACTICE INFO:</p> <ul> <li>Practice Location </li><li>SOMC Heart & Vascular Associates - Inpatient only at this time </li><li>This position could extent to outpatient and outlying locations eventually </li><li>Office Hours/Work Schedule </li><li>Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm </li><li>Case Load </li><li>15-20 patients per day </li><li>Staffing </li><li>6 Physicians (Interventional, Non-Invasive, CT Surgery, Vascular Surgery) </li><li>7 Advanced Practitioners </li><li>Practice Expectations </li><li>Looking for a personable, hardworking, team player devoted to patient centered care </li><li>Works well with team and staff </li><li>Completes charts timely </li></ul>
