<p>Experienced CNC Machinists</p> <p>Join a team where precision meets purpose. We're a leading tool & die manufacturer in Warren and Fraser, specializing in large Class-A stamping dies. Right now, we're looking for talented CNC Machinists who bring experience, pride in their work, and a problem-solving mindset to join our team.</p> <p>We are seeking multiple machinists to join us on both Day and Night Shifts. Training will initially be on Day Shift.</p> <p>Machinists will perform on-floor programming, tackling complex builds, and working with state-of-the-art CNC machines in a low-volume, high-mix environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Program directly at the machine using SMIRT </li><li>Set up and operate large Vertical, and 5-AXIS CNC Mills </li><li>Prove out programs with NC programmers and troubleshoot on the fly </li><li>Machine precision components to tight tolerances using a variety of materials </li><li>Perform drilling, milling, and tapping operations </li><li>Use precision measurement tools to inspect your work </li><li>Collaborate with designers and team members to improve processes and results </li><li>Document operations and results for quality tracking </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience with large Vertical CNC mills (tooling work preferred) </li><li>Experience operating or programming Multi-Access CNC machines a strong plus </li><li>Skilled in reading blueprints, understanding GD&T, and interpreting engineering documentation </li><li>Strong proficiency with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools </li><li>Attention to detail, strong math skills, and solid mechanical aptitude </li><li>Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude </li></ul> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential functions safely and reliably</p> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>ArtiFlex Manufacturing, and our family of companies including Hercules Tooling, designs and builds products and solutions for companies with tough challenges by employing people with a willingness and ability to be "Innovative.
