<p>Job Description</p> <p>Description</p> <p>SAIC has an immediate need for a Fires Planning Cell - Theater Fires Planner located onsite at Shaw AFB, SC.</p> <p>The contractor shall provide FOUR (4) planners for 24-hour support, serving as principal advisors and subject matter experts for the integration and employment of joint and multinational lethal and non-lethal fires at the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) level.</p> <p>Deliverables & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and contribute to the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and Joint Planning Process (JPP).</p> </li><li> <p>Develop Fires and Targeting portions of Theater Campaign Plans, OPLANs, and CONPLANs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure long-range precision fires are synchronized with Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) assets.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate the Decide, Detect, Deliver, and Assess (D3A) methodology within the Joint Targeting Cycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Represent ASCC interests during the Joint Targeting Coordination Board (JTCB).</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with Theater Fires Cell, JFACC, and multinational partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Support Crisis Action Planning (CAP) cells and draft executive-level Information Papers as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.</p> <p>Professional Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Direct military experience in Field Artillery or Air Defense.</p> </li><li> <p>Graduation from Captains Career Course and Intermediate Level Education (ILE/CGSC).</p> </li><li> <p>Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Level I/II strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Mastery of FM 3-09 and JP 3-60.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with AFATDS, JADSI, and GCCS-J.</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess and maintain active TS/SCI clearance.</p> </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.</p> <p>SAIC is a premier Fortune 500 mission integrator focused on advancing the power of technology and innovation to serve and protect our world.
