Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.</p> <p>Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.</p> <p>Unit Bio:</p> <p>The Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides care for patients who have undergone a myriad of critical surgical procedures such as Vascular, Gastrointestinal, Liver, Renal, Renal Pancreas Transplantation, Orthopedics, Plastics, Otolaryngology, Urology, Thoracic, Surgical Oncology, Oral Maxillo-Facial, Obstetrics, and Gynelogical Surgery.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Certified Nursing Assistant II role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.</p> <p>Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):</p> <ul> <li>Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. </li><li>Experience: One year of relevant experience required.
