<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Assemble and fabricate metal cabinets, enclosures, bases, and/or other components.</p> <ul> <li>Assist the crane operator by providing clear and precise signals to ensure safe and efficient crane movements. </li><li>Continuously monitor the work area to identify and mitigate potential hazards. </li><li>Guide the positioning of loads, ensuring they are moved safely and accurately. </li><li>Maintain constant communication with the crane operator and other team members to coordinate movements and operations. </li><li>Conduct pre-operation inspections of rigging and lifting equipment to ensure they are in good condition and safe to use. </li><li>Stay updated on safety protocols and participate in regular training sessions to ensure compliance with safety standards. </li><li>Assist in identifying and resolving any issues related to crane operations promptly and efficiently. </li><li>Identify and resolve any issues related to crane operations promptly and efficiently. </li><li>Maintain a clean and orderly work area. </li><li>Follow established safety guidelines. </li><li>Perform additional duties as requested. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. Equivalent experience may be acceptable. </li><li>Experience around bridge cranes and advanced rigging. </li><li>Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, tape measure, grinders, and saws safely. </li><li>Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions. </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions. </li><li>Requires good judgment, and ability to work with others and perform other tasks as assigned. </li><li>Experience operating a forklift preferred. </li></ul> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$21.00-$28.00/hour</p>
