<p>Job Posting</p> <p>Position: Senior Mortgage Servicing Specialist</p> <p>Position Location: Madison, WI (hybrid, two days a week in the corporate office)</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Join our team as a Senior Mortgage Servicing Specialist and play a key role in ensuring our New York loan portfolio performs at its best. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining NY-specific servicing policies, providing expert support, and driving operational efficiency.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and update comprehensive servicing policies and procedures tailored to New York regulations. </li><li>Provide expert guidance on loss mitigation, default management, and general servicing practices. </li><li>Manage first payment collections and analyze loan default performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. </li><li>Create and implement loan-level default action plans and remedies. </li><li>Handle complex customer escalations, conduct complaint research, and provide timely resolutions. </li><li>Conduct quality assurance reviews and contribute to special projects. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years mortgage servicing experience. </li><li>Expertise in default management, loss mitigation, and loan modifications. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment. </li><li>Deep understanding of mortgage lending terms, and processes. </li></ul> <p>At Fairway, we are committed to cultivating, fostering, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
