As an Operating Room Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, while upholding our core beliefs of value, integrity, continuity, accessibility, and community engagement.</p> <p>Operating Room Nurse Manager at Orchard Park Surgery Center</p> <p>Under the direct supervision of the Administrator, the Operating Room Nurse Manager provides clinical management and expertise over Pre-Op, PACU, Circulating nurses, surgical technicians and central sterile processing staff to ensure patients receive high quality, efficient care.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an approved school of nursing. </li><li>Currently licensed in the state. </li><li>Five (5) years' experience in surgery as circulator </li><li>Two (2) years experience in surgery management which includes pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care. </li><li>CPR required, advanced life support certification required. </li><li>Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities. </li><li>Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>As a valued member of USPI, your health and well-being are important to us.
