High Street, Suite 200, Carlisle, PA 17013</p> <p>Work hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Monday through Friday (75 hours bi-weekly)</p> <p>Type Position: permanent/full time</p> <p>External or Internal: external</p> <p>Position Code: CY3025</p> <p>Title: Administrative Supervisor - Clerical Support Unit</p> <p>Starting Salary: $22.70/hour; $44,265.00/annual (starting salary is non-negotiable)</p> <p>Pay Range & Step: 107, 1</p> <p>Posting Period: 14 days</p> <p>Recruitment Methods:</p> <ul> <li>Transfer </li><li>Reassignment </li><li>Voluntary Demotion </li><li>Promotion </li></ul> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF JOB: To perform specialized administrative and supportive functions in a timely manner to ensure efficient operation of the department.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB:</p> <ul> <li>Assists management level staff with clerical and data support to accomplish agency goals. </li><li>Operates computers with a high level of skill providing input and making adjustments to programs as needed. </li><li>Prepares reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets and databases as needed. </li><li>Interacts with other internal and external governmental departments, outside offices, agencies and the general public daily as needed to perform essential job duties. </li><li>Liaison for IMTO and Maintenance. </li><li>Supervises and supports clerical staff to include one-on-one training. </li><li>Assigns and monitors work within the unit and assuring clerical staff are meeting all deadlines. </li><li>Active member of the administrative/management team. </li><li>Conducts performance reviews of staff. </li><li>Addresses personnel issues within service area/unit. </li><li>Responsible for scheduling unit meetings. </li><li>Functions and maintains credentials as notary for the Agency. </li></ul> <p>OTHER DUTIES OF JOB:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversees expungement of data.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains employee records required for annual licensing.</p> </li><li> <p>Attends training as required</p> </li><li> <p>Function as JTAC liaison</p> </li><li> <p>Functions as Child Welfare Resource Center training liaison</p> </li><li> <p>Function as MCI liaison</p> </li><li> <p>Function as CAPS liaison</p> </li><li> <p>Function as CPCMS, Onbase and UJS Portal liaison</p> </li><li> <p>Function as AFCARS liaison</p> </li><li> <p>Functions as Sex Offender Assessment Board liaison.</p> </li><li> <p>Functions as liaison with Court Administrator for Court Custody Forms</p> </li><li> <p>Functions as Agency liaison for CPS related issues</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other job-related duties as required.</p> </li></ul> <p>MET's:</p> <p>EDUCATION/TRAINING:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school graduate</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Windows, Microsoft software, and Microsoft Excel</p> </li><li> <p>Good typing skills</p> </li></ul> <p>WORK EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Two years of experience as an Administrative Specialist or equivalent combination of experience and training. </li></ul> <p>Selection Criteria:</p> <ul> <li>Meet the minimum experience and training for the job </li><li>Meritorious service: defined as the absence of any discipline above the level of written reprimand during the 12 months preceding the closing date of the posting </li></ul> <p>Current County Employees will follow the County Promotion/Demotion Policy.</p> <p>If you are contacted for an interview and need accommodations for the interview due to a disability, please advise the interviewer of the accommodations you require well in advance of the scheduled date.</p> <p>CUMBERLAND COUNTY IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & AFFIRMATIVE ACTION EMPLOYER</p>
