The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating installation requests, managing field engineer assignments, and overseeing travel logistics and expenses.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):</p> <p>Onsite Installation Service (OSINTS) Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and prioritize all OSINTS requests </li><li>Ensure timely response and execution of installation projects </li><li>Liaise between clients, field engineers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations </li></ul> <p>Field Engineer Management:</p> <ul> <li>Allocate and assign Field Engineers to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements </li><li>Optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient project completion </li><li>Monitor Field Engineer performance and provide feedback for improvement </li></ul> <p>Travel Planning and Expense Management:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and review all travel arrangements for Field Engineers </li><li>Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints </li><li>Review and approve travel expenses, identifying areas for cost optimization </li></ul> <p>Project Planning and Execution:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines </li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure on-time completion </li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery </li></ul> <p>Reporting and Analytics:</p> <ul> <li>Generate regular reports on project status, resource utilization, and key performance indicators </li><li>Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the installation process </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Management:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and management </li><li>Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or questions </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field </li><li>3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical field </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools </li><li>Experience with resource allocation and budget management </li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>PMP certification is a plus </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>$82,000 - $118,000</p> <p>The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
