<p>Hogan Transportation is a 100 year old full service multi faceted transportation company operating throughout North America with a tradition of unparalleled personalized service to clients utilizing first class equipment and advanced technology Job Summary Provides required Body Shop repairs along with fundamental fleet maintenance repair of Hogan tractor and truck equipment including the removal replacement and repair of any and all components of the tractor or truck Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnoses and repairs for all damaged equipment along with fundamental maintenance repairs to tractors and trucks using well established policies and procedures to restore equipment back to original statePaints vehicles to company standardsAble to perform safe and meaningful welding practices to include aluminumInstalls and removes decals as necessaryIdentifies parts andor systems for repair; repairs or replaces as appropriate such as radiator replacements CAC and Condenser replacements as neededRemoves broken parts and replaces with new or reconditioned partsRoad tests vehicles to diagnose issues and ensure a safe operating vehicleRaises equipment using hydraulic jacksInspects repairs and maintains general trailer structural and suspension systemsMaintains accurate updated maintenance recordsOther duties as required Requirements 4 years of apprenticeship Journeyman or 4 years of experience in TruckTrailer Body shop repairCDL License Class A or B or obtain within a specified timeframe after employmentExperience in Fiberglass repair to repair vehicles to company standards to include panel repairs straightening and filling when requiredEPA License as appropriateHigh school education or GEDIn depth knowledge of all hand air and power tools required for this industryBasic understanding and knowledge of welding and OxyAcetylene cutting proceduresClean MVREffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environment</p>
