We strive to drive innovation and exceed customer expectations in inkjet, visual communications, wearables, and robotics.</p> <p>Employee Benefits</p> <p>We offer an exceptional benefits package, including:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day 1 </li><li>Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick time, and holidays </li><li>Annual bonus program for all employees </li><li>Financial security plans, including a 401(k) with company match </li><li>Tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program, employee discounts, and more </li></ul> <p>Principal Accountabilities</p> <p>In addition to following Epson's policies and procedures, responsibilities include (but are not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts, conveyor systems, carousels, and other machinery </li><li>Maintain lighting, exterior grounds (including gates and lights), and electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems </li><li>Diagnose and repair equipment failures or coordinate vendor repairs with the Facilities Supervisor </li><li>Install new electrical wiring, equipment, and systems; troubleshoot and repair existing systems </li><li>Perform interior painting and recommend requisitions for maintenance materials </li><li>Inspect electrical, HVAC, plumbing, conveyor, and other essential equipment on a scheduled basis </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair down equipment promptly </li><li>Interface with vendors and supplier representatives as needed </li><li>Identify and address safety hazards immediately </li><li>Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and oversee capital and repair projects </li><li>Follow safe work practices and policies, including driving rules and hazardous materials handling </li><li>Operate various hand and power tools in compliance with safety procedures </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems </li><li>Ability to use common hand and power tools </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently </li></ul> <p>The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $25.00 and $30.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
