Positions range from permanent clinical float roles (Full time or Part Time) to Seasonal 13-week assignments with significantly higher base pay. As the region's leading safety net hospital, Tampa General is committed to providing area residents with world-class and compassionate health care ranging from the simplest to the most complex medical services.</p> <ul> <li>Under general supervision of the Nurse Manager or designee, following established policies, procedures and professional guidelines, delivers nursing care to patients throughout the life span, neonatal through geriatric. </li><li>Plans and implements nursing care; documents nursing assessments, identifies and reports situations requiring further intervention, formulates and communications goal directed plan of care; assures patient rights. </li><li>Provides professional nursing care to patients in all areas covered by the Specialty Staffing Team within the assigned clinical division. </li><li>Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital. </li><li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing </li><li>Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida </li><li>BSN and ACLS required. </li><li>National Certification preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years in relevant Med/Sur/Tele Division required. </li></ul>
