<p>The Ohio Valley ESC is seeking a skilled and student-centered Curriculum Consultant to join our dedicated team supporting multiple districts. This full-time role focuses on strengthening teaching and learning across all grade levels, with an emphasis on building educator capacity through collaborative professional learning and curriculum leadership. Support district educators and leadership teams in implementing effective instructional practices across content areas. ? Collaborate with professional learning communities (PLCs) to improve student outcomes. ? Provide literacy-focused coaching and consultation (preferred but not required). ? Design and deliver high-impact professional development aligned to district goals and state standards. ? Assist districts with curriculum alignment, resource selection, and data-informed decision-making.</p> <p>Qualifications ? Valid Ohio teaching license (required).</p> <p>? Master's Degree or Higher (preferred). ? Strong background in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. ? Prior coaching, consulting, or leadership experience (preferred). ?
