<p>ABOUT US</p> <p>XCAL TOOLS Beckley is seeking to fill entry-level production worker positions at its plant in the Oak Hill, WV area. Primary duties include general production labor activities under the direction of a mentor employee that include product assembly and various machine operation actions that progress to an assembler or machine operator position.</p> <p>EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>HS/GED Preferred </li><li>Manufacturing experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Dependability to be consistently at work and on time with ability to work overtime as required; </li><li>Fundamental listening, verbal, and written communication skills; </li><li>Fundamental math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals; </li><li>Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers; </li><li>Finger and manual dexterity to perform job duties with standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties; </li><li>Near/far vision and multiple limb coordination; </li><li>Moderate to heavy Lifting capability (up to 65 lbs.); </li><li>Team member mentality with ability to follow safety and standard operating procedures with a quality assurance mindset and adherence to proper PPE requirements. </li><li>Excellent benefits include medical with a standard PPO plan with deductibles as low as $1,500 and wellness credit up to $750; voluntary 401k plan with company match up to 12%; voluntary dental and vision plans; free telemedicine services; basic life and short term disability coverage. </li></ul> <p>EOE M/F/D/V</p>
