This role will also be responsible for managing outstanding check reconciliations, annual 1099 reporting and perform additional duties within the Accounting Department.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of Accounts Payable cycle experience. </li><li>High school diploma, or equivalent </li><li>Strong knowledge of computer operations; Microsoft Office products experience required. </li><li>Must possess excellent data entry skills. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, listening, and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work diligently with attention to details under minimal supervision </li><li>Must be able to work well with others and meet strict deadlines. </li><li>Able to lift or move boxes up to 30 lbs. </li><li>Able to work flexible hours and days. </li><li>Capable of working with minimal supervision. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Three plus years of experience with computer accounting systems. </li><li>Previous accounts payable experience preferred. </li><li>Two years of healthcare related office experience preferred. </li></ul>
