Identify, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease/ prevent deformity. Responsible for mentoring Therapists, Assistants, Technicians, and Students. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Promote hospital and department.</p> <p>LENOIR</p> <p>Other information:</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.</p> <p>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT</p> <p>None</p> <p>LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION</p> <p>Current NC Board of Physical Therapy Examiners: Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligible.</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Analytical abilities to delegate personnel, problem solve with positive solutions. Good interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate interactions with stated customers and staff members.</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, temperature changes and occasional noxious odors.
