<p>Integration Lead</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience leading enterprise integration initiatives in large IT landscapes. </li><li>Deep expertise in integration platforms such as TIBCO ESB and Informatica Cloud (IICS). </li><li>Proven experience supporting Data Center Exit or on premises to public cloud migration programs. </li><li>Strong understanding of zero downtime and incremental data synchronization patterns. </li><li>Experience with batch, real-time, API-based, event-driven and CDC-based integrations. </li><li>Solid knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server integration and data movement patterns. </li><li>Experience integrating Java and .NET based applications across hybrid environments. </li><li>Strong coordination skills across application, DB, cloud, security and migration teams. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the integration workstream for the Data Center Exit to AWS program. </li><li>Assess existing integrations and define target integration architecture on AWS. </li><li>Design and implement zero downtime or near zero downtime integration and data sync approaches. </li><li>Migrate and modernize TIBCO and Informatica integrations to AWS-based platforms. </li><li>Plan and support migration waves by validating integration readiness and dependencies. </li><li>Participate in wave based cutover execution with formal integration go/no go checkpoints. </li><li>Ensure data consistency, reconciliation and interface stability during cutover and hypercare. </li><li>Troubleshoot integration issues during migration, cutover and post migration stabilization. </li></ul> <p>Cloud Experience Needed</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of overall integration experience with at least 4-5 years in cloud environments. </li><li>Hands-on experience running TIBCO and Informatica integrations on AWS. </li><li>Proven experience executing incremental and zero downtime integration migrations. </li><li>Experience supporting wave based migration execution with readiness checks and go/no go approvals. </li><li>Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC and networking concepts. </li><li>Familiarity with IAM, security and data protection for integrations. </li><li>Experience working in large, mission critical enterprise Data Center Exit programs. </li><li>Integration, Informatica, TIBCO or AWS certifications are preferred. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $120,000-$140,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
