A custodian worker performs tasks that keep the building and the surrounding grounds in good shape to ensure everything runs smoothly, from dusting to ensuring paper supplies are stocked in restrooms. Custodial workers are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of buildings and facilities. They work under the supervision of a custodial supervisor and follow established procedures and safety guidelines. Priorities for a custodial workers include, but are not limited to the following; clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and other facilities, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, dust and wipe down surfaces, empty trash and recycling bins, refill restroom and cleaning supplies, report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor, perform routine cleaning tasks on a regular schedule, and assists with setting up for events or special projects. <em>THIS RECRUITMENT MAY CLOSE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED.
