<p>As a Process and Maintenance Supervisor a typical day might include the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Defining performance standards, review outcome of performance goals and set future targets for technicians and specialists. Assigning technician duties, establish and oversee training needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshooting processes, equipment, machinery and systems and document and track failures. Managing preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Performing equipment and software evaluations and continuous improvement activities for all areas of Manufacturing.</p> </li><li> <p>Create, update and ensure control of department work instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Working within established safety and quality standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>This job might be for you if have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Two-year associate's degree in engineering technology or equivalent experience</p> </li><li> <p>Two years of leadership experience</p> </li><li> <p>Five years of manufacturing-related technical experience with in-depth understanding manufacturing equipment programming, maintenance, and repair</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and leadership skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow detailed technical instructions</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in Excel, Word, Access and maintenance software</p> </li><li> <p>Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Four-year degree (BS) in related field</p> <p>Supervisory training</p> <p>DOE training</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>Lift and maneuver 40 pounds</p> <p>Pull weight from high/low shelves</p> <p>Reach</p> <p>Bend</p> <p>Grip</p> <p>Twist</p> <p>Sit and/or stand at least 8 hours</p> <p>Fine finger dexterity</p> <p>Location</p> <p>Lake Zurich, IL- This position is located in Lake Zurich, Illinois, at our Fault Indicator and Sensor factory.
