<p>PolyAI is transforming how enterprises engage with customers through cutting-edge conversational AI. As we continue our rapid growth, we're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, Healthcare to drive expansion in the healthcare industry.</p> <p>This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with experience selling into healthcare organizations or a background in healthcare technology. You will play a pivotal role in helping leading healthcare providers, payers, and health tech companies leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance patient and member experiences.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving revenue growth in the healthcare sector.</p> </li><li> <p>Build relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare organizations, including hospitals, insurance providers, and health tech companies.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage industry expertise to educate clients on how AI-powered voice assistants can improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to tailor solutions for the healthcare market.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory considerations in the healthcare space.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience selling to healthcare providers</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry challenges.</p> </li><li> <p>Background selling SaaS solutions that integrate directly into the larger healthcare technology ecosystem (ex, Epic Systems, ModMed)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for AI and technology, with a consultative approach to selling innovative solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Background selling via direct and via partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $300,000 - $350,000 OTE - depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee.
