This role is pivotal in driving excellence across processes, software, and supplier component portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, compliance standards, and delivery timelines.</p> <p>You will manage Supplier Qualification and Monitoring, focusing on building and maintaining a robust supplier management program and continuous monitoring that meet industry- and sector-specific requirements. As part of the Corporate Quality Management Systems and Operations team, you will also support enterprise-level quality operations and processes supporting new product development, systemic improvements, and customer responsiveness.</p> <p>This high-impact role is responsible for driving standardization, capability development, and governance alignment with clear ties to corporate business objectives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Supplier Management</p> <ul> <li>Lead onboarding and qualification of new software suppliers. </li><li>Develop and maintain strategic relationships with software and component suppliers. </li><li>Oversee supplier performance, contract compliance, and quality assurance. </li><li>Drive supplier selection, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives. </li><li>Conduct audits of sector-specific software suppliers during onboarding and ongoing monitoring. </li><li>Manage a portfolio of suppliers aligned with enterprise goals. </li><li>Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure supplier and program success. </li><li>Harmonize supplier management and monitoring processes across sectors, including ISO 9001, ASPICE, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485 certification requirements. </li></ul> <p>Program Leadership & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise-level programs. </li><li>Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks across multiple concurrent projects. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering and global operations teams to support project delivery frameworks and performance standards. </li><li>Integrate AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and project management. </li><li>Support enterprise-wide governance models, operating models, and product lifecycle frameworks. </li><li>Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of critical initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Process & Product Development</p> <ul> <li>Lead development and optimization of engineering processes for software and systems integration. </li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define operational improvement requirements and ensure successful execution. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Report program status, risks, and opportunities to the Corporate Quality Management Systems and Operations leadership. </li><li>Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution across engineering, procurement, and quality functions. </li></ul> <p>Ideal Candidate Profile</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: MS in Business Operations, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, MBA. A PhD in Engineering or a related technical field is desirable.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years in Business, Project Management, Operations, Strategic Quality Management, or related fields.</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years' experience in Medical Devices Quality Management Processes and Regulations (FDA 21 CFR 820.30, ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745, MDSAP-Medical Device Single Audit Program )</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications:</p> </li><li> <p>Project Management (Agile, Scaled Agile, Waterfall).</p> </li><li> <p>Quality Engineering (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13495, ASPICE).</p> </li><li> <p>Lean Six Sigma or equivalent in scientific problem-solving and quality tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Industry Background: Experience in regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, and medical devices.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in international supplier management and global sourcing.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of supplier management processes and data systems</p> </li><li> <p>End-to-end knowledge of product development lifecycle and configuration management.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to manage programs involving cross-functional teams and influence across the enterprise.</p> </li><li> <p>Subject matter expertise in program management with a history of managing complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of the semiconductor industry product lifecycle and manufacturing processes.</p> </li></ul> <p>For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
