<p>The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to help support the daily operations of our automotive service department. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to take the next step into management within a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will be sales and production oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone with strong leadership potential, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively support Service Advisors, Technicians, and dealership leadership while maintaining top-level CSI performance. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and productivity Support and coach Service Advisors and service staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction Help manage shop workflow, repair timelines, and appointment scheduling Deliver exceptional customer service and assist in resolving escalated customer concerns Monitor service production and support department sales goals Work closely with dealership management and manufacturer partners to maintain service standards Maintain accurate documentation and communication through CDK and Xtime systems Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment About Us The Darrow Difference is the foundation of our success - and we want you to be a part of it!
