<p>The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to help support the daily operations of our automotive service department. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to take the next step into management within a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will be sales and production oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone with strong leadership potential, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively support Service Advisors, Technicians, and dealership leadership while maintaining top-level CSI performance.
