<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Operate CNC Lathe Machines to fabricate production parts.</p> <p>Reporting To:</p> <p>Production Manager</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Operates CNC lathe machines. </li><li>Make appropriate offsets and adjust tools. </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints as needed. </li><li>Properly use calipers, veneers, and thread gauges. </li><li>Properly and safely load and unload machines. </li><li>Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machines. </li><li>Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner. </li><li>Utilize and abide by all safety procedures. </li><li>Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbal and written </li><li>Problem-solving skills </li><li>Attention to detail with precision equipment and products </li><li>Ability to perform basic mathematical computations </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required.
