<p>Role Overview:</p> <p>As the Account Specialist for Growth Initiatives, you will be the tactical engine behind our most critical affiliate partnerships. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, you will sit at the intersection of sales enablement, client onboarding, and performance analytics. Your mission is to ensure that partners on platforms like Credit Karma, Bankrate, and CD Valet aren't just "active," but are optimized for maximum growth and revenue.</p> <p>Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 base salary</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Partner Activation & Onboarding </li><li>Lead the "hands-on" onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to active status. </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for daily operations across our core affiliate channels (Credit Karma, Bankrate, CD Valet). </li><li>Coordinate with internal implementation teams to ensure technical setups and changes are accurate and timely. </li><li>Sales Enablement & Deal Support </li><li>Provide real-time support to the sales team to help close complex deals within the affiliate ecosystem. </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of each affiliate platform's unique requirements to guide clients through the nuances of each channel and strategies to run a successful program. </li><li>Spearheading cross-functional initiatives to educate the broader FIS sales organization on Amount's affiliate value proposition </li><li>Performance Optimization </li><li>Monitor partner performance daily to identify trends, bottlenecks, or opportunities for increased volume. </li><li>Analyze client data to identify "success stories" that can be turned into case studies or sales collateral. </li><li>Work closely with the Customer Success Managers to deliver data-backed optimization recommendations to clients that improve their ROI. </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration </li><li>Provide feedback to the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Client Services regarding "production cohesion"-identifying which product features are needed to drive further affiliate growth. </li><li>Support revenue forecasting efforts by providing granular updates on partner health and pipeline movement. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience: 5-7 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Operations (Affiliate Marketing, Analytics or Business Development experience is preferred). </li><li>Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating data models and working with implementation teams to troubleshoot technical integrations. </li><li>Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at a spreadsheet of performance data and extract a clear, actionable narrative for a client. </li><li>Communication: Exceptional presentation skills to prospective clients and existing customer senior stakeholders; you can take complex program data and "package" it into a compelling story. </li><li>Agility: You thrive in a "growth" environment where processes are being built in real-time. </li></ul> <p>Why This Role?</p> <p>This isn't a traditional "maintenance" account management role. You are joining a high-visibility initiative backed by the CSO and Head of CS. You will have a direct hand in shaping the company's growth trajectory via digital marketing affiliate channels and will gain deep exposure to both the strategic and operational sides of the business.</p> <p>Salary Range: $97,500 - $130,000</p>
