<p>What We Do - Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Assures property safety procedures are followed. </li><li>Assures compliance of company policies at all times. </li><li>Assures the maintenance of facilities; Housekeeping - 5S </li><li>Assures high quality standards in performance of operational processes are reached. </li><li>Assures daily operations are completed efficiently with daily goals accomplished. </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Meets or exceeds Labor standards/KPIs </li><li>Must be able to operate Order Picker </li><li>Physically and systematically process inventory transactions by case or pair through the facility. </li><li>Perform processing activities as defined by the work instruction by functional area. </li><li>Operate equipment as required by functional work area. (for example- Carton erector) </li><li>Work at a steady pace and with a sense of urgency. </li><li>Maintain a high attention to detail. </li><li>Pack cartons in a neat and orderly fashion. </li><li>Ensure the correct shipping label is applied to the outbound carton. </li><li>Perform Quality assurance activities as required. </li><li>Perform value add activities as required. </li><li>Assist in resolution of operational issues. </li><li>Communicate operational errors to supervisors. </li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and implement as best practices. </li><li>Adopt and support changes in policies and procedures. </li><li>Perform training while also participating in cross-training activities. </li><li>Maintain equipment and supply stocks. </li><li>Perform 5 S Audit as requested. </li><li>Perform Safety inspections as requested. </li><li>Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Ability to learn new order processing technology. </li><li>Assist in other areas of the operation. </li><li>Ability to take direction and feedback. </li><li>Ability to comprehend and apply work instructions. </li><li>Navigate through warehouse on a forklift, safely, to efficiently and effectively obtain items for customer orders </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications & Education</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred </li><li>1-2 years' warehouse and forklift experience preferred </li><li>Experience using RF devices </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without an accommodation </li><li>Experience with Raymond equipment a plus </li><li>Able to be on feet for the entire shift. </li><li>May be required to work at heights, such as mezzanines, use ladders to fix carton jams. </li><li>Must be capable of performing basic math. </li><li>Remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. </li><li>Must be able to work extended hours or days </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements and/or Environment</p> <ul> <li>Distribution Center </li></ul> <p>SCHEDULE: SUNDAY - THURSDAY 7AM-330PM</p>
