<p>Lead Pharmacy Technician</p> <p>Type of Work: Full-Time, Non-Exempt</p> <p>Shift Availability: Mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays</p> <p>Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $23.75</p> <p>Location: 814 E Main St, Stamford, CT 06902</p> <p>Who You Are:</p> <p>As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting our dispensary operations. You'll work closely with the Pharmacist to ensure accurate prescription processing, inventory management, and a seamless patient experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about cannabis, compliance, and customer care.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Assist patients with product questions and provide knowledgeable, compassionate service </li><li>Educate patients on safe and responsible cannabis use </li><li>Prepare and dispense cannabis products in compliance with state regulations </li><li>Collaborate with the Pharmacist to ensure accuracy and compliance </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant work environment </li><li>Stay current on cannabis laws, product knowledge, and industry trends </li><li>Support and guide team members while fostering a positive work culture </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support dispensary operations </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Active Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing </li><li>Minimum 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician; cannabis experience is a plus </li><li>At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience </li><li>Strong knowledge of medication, dosage measurement, pharmacy law, and medical terminology </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills </li><li>High attention to detail and reliability </li><li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Greenhouse or cannabis software experience is a plus </li></ul>
