<p>RN MDS Coordinator - Napa Post Acute</p> <p>Location: Napa, CA</p> <p>Pay: $110,000-$120,000/year (DOE)</p> <p>Status: Full-Time</p> <p>Are you an experienced RN with a strong understanding of MDS and care planning?
